This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay: Sleeping Arrangements: - Master bedroom with a luxurious king bed. - Two additional bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen bed. - An office with two twin beds and a desk, ideal for remote work or extra sleeping space. Each bedroom (except the office) includes a Roku TV for your streaming convenience. NO MAILING PACKAGES WITHOUT APPROVAL (RECEIVING OR SENDING) No TAMPERING OF ANY KIND WITH RING CAMERA: $500 NO PETS OF ANY KIND: $100 NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND(INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). $1000 fine! This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 10 pm. We do not want any complaints, Violation of this will result in termination of your reservation without refund. We must respect the peace of the community. Please do not disturb guests in the other unit. Thank you for your understanding. Late checkout past 11 am: $25 for every hour past checkout. Excessive guests other than on the reservation: $15 per guest per night. No Smoking of any kind in or on the unit/property: $200. Violation of these rules will result in being charged the fees and could result in termination of your reservation without refund. A rental agreement is required for stays over 28 days base rent is 3000/per month.

Had a wonderful stay at Dalton's place. The house is comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. The location is central and close to interstate. Our group enjoyed the 2 living spaces and # of beds. Dalton was responsive and avaliable as needed. Our group had no issues or concerns during our week stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Up & Away really is home away from home. Super clean, comfy beds, tons of space, and great location. We loved the peaceful, sunny yard for relaxing in between activities. Also, our host was fantastic. Great communication and timely details. Would absolutely stay here again.

My family, including 2 grandbabies had the opportunity to stay at Up Up and Away for almost a week. We are formally from Albuquerque. We came back to visit family and friends. We were able to visit with people at our rental comfortably. When the babies were put to bed, we were able to visit with our guest in the game room without worrying about our noise level and waking the kids. Dalton did an excellent job of hosting and keeping us informed with information that we needed. The location of the property worked extremely well for us. It's close to the highways and close to restaurants and stores. The rental has a cute hot air balloon theme throughout and upgraded features. Up Up and Away was a great place to call home for our visit. My family and I will plan on staying there for future Albuquerque visits.
